Architectural Improvements


  • For all ARC improvements, please reach out to JC Enterprise (HERE) and get written approval before scheduling, buying, or installing any ARC related improvements.

  • I would like to make a structural addition to my home, do I have to get approval from the HOA?
    • Yes, defined in Article 5 of the covenants:

      • "No reconstruction, alteration of addition to any structure, building, fence, wall, driveway, path, or other shall be constructed or undertaken without obtaining the written approval of the Architectural Control Committee. on your home's property is subject to the Architectural Subcommittee's approval."

  • What kind of fences are allowed?
    • Chain Link, Wood, Vinyl Plank, or Privacy Fences
    • However, the use of hedges, shrubbery, or evergreens in lieu of a fence must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee 




Parking

  • Am I allowed to park a personal vehicle on the street for extended periods or daily parking?
    • No
    • Defined in the Covenants: Article 8, §25:

  • Am I allowed to park recreational vehicles in my driveway for extended periods of time: i.e. watercrafts, campers, etc in my driveway?
    • No
    • Defined in the Covenants: Article 8, §24 & §5

Exterior Home Maintenance


Grass/Yard Maintenance
  • If I have a drainage ditch, am I responsible for the upkeep?
    • Yes, you are responsible for all yard maintenance on your property..grass, shrubs, trees, etc.
    • You have access to your plat here, please look at it and execute accordingly
      • Failure to comply with upkeep will result in fines

  • If I have an "easement" on my property am I responsible for its upkeep?
    • Yes, you are responsible for all yard maintenance on your property
    • This includes any easements of grass





Vinyl Siding and Fences

  • Please make sure to check your outside vinyl siding and fences periodically for mildew
  • Please pressure wash the side of your home and fences to remove mildew
